| EDUCATE STAFF WHO DISPLAY UNETHICAL BEHAVIOUR, A FAILURE TO CONDUCT THEMSELVES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE COMPANY'S CODE OF CONDUCT OR WITH GENERAL BUSINESS PROFESSIONALISM |
Are you experiencing difficulties with staff?
Corporate South Africa is experiencing rapid change in business culture, and the loss of induction programmes and in-house orientation has led to a generation of workers who are unsure of how to conduct themselves within the business environment, and have little or no concept of how to interface with authority, peers or clients with business professionalism. It’s as if general business etiquette or the business conduct do's and don'ts are not understood or practiced. This is often manifested in inappropriate behaviour or communication within the office.
Build a good foundation by covering the basic business life skills.
This course will assist employees with general and simple work conduct/business life skills in the workplace. Attendees will receive information on acceptable and unacceptable business behaviour for the workplace as well as tips, tools and techniques on how to deal with the issues covered.
Do your staff portray the image you hold of your company?
This course will consist of all the “do’s and don’ts” in the workplace which can make or break ones career in corporate SA. Employers/companies who send their staff on this course will understand that the image of the company is reflected in their staffing behaviour - from entry level to upper management - and will assist their staff to successfully climb the corporate ladder internally, while feeling confident that these individuals know how to behave and deal with people in the business world.
Aimed at entry level staff who are new to the business world, this course can also be used to comply with disciplinary and/or required re-education action which has or needs to be taken against employees and/or so-called problem workers. |
