Front Foots team building workshops put emphasis on the “team” by allowing individuals to interact with one another outside of the work place by breaking the
habit of task orientated patterns. This allows for the individuals in the team to form relationships and appreciate the importance of team work.
Often employees get stressed with the task focused patterns they have to undertake
on a daily basis and lose sight of the value in working as a team. When interpersonal conflicts arise this causes a rift in the team and hinders its performance.
