Making a Masterpiece of Minutes

The how-to guide for professional minute-taking

'Sometimes it takes forever to write the minutes - they should've called them The Hours.' Join us on this refreshing one-day workshop and fill your toolbox with quick, easy ways to master minutes in seconds.

Most often, the people tasked with writing minutes do not consider it their favourite part of the job, largely because no-one's ever really trained them up on how to do it quickly, easily and accurately.

You don't have to be a skilled writer to take decent minutes

It's a skill, and all you need is Tiffany Markman's half-day, hands-on and interactive minute writing workshop, which offers delegates a set of the latest, most efficient techniques for preparing, taking, drafting and finalising minutes.
