With her BSc degree in Psychology from Edinburgh University and over 20 years of management and consulting experience in the South African corporate world, Maureen has consulted extensively in the chemical and manufacturing sectors, as well as other organisations such as Telkom, SARS, Thompson’s Tours, Harmony Gold Mines, Astra Zeneca and First National Bank.
Maureen specialises in taking complex concepts and isolating the key elements so they can be easily understood and practised. She also believes strongly that the complex processes of managing and leading people can be made simplified through the acquisition of fundamental skills such as effective listening, constructive feedback and overcoming challenges.
