Secretaries Masterclass

Secretaries and administrative assistants perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties necessary to run an organization efficiently. As the reliance on technology continues to expand in offices, the role of the office professional has greatly evolved. They serve as information and communication managers for an office; plan and schedule meetings and appointments; prepare agendas, organize and maintain paper and electronic files; manage projects; conduct research; and disseminate information. They also may handle travel and guest arrangements.

Secretaries therefore work under a lot of pressure, especially when they work for more than one manager, administrator or other important workers. In addition secretaries have to do many jobs at the same time, deal with a lot of interruptions and have to handle many people with different and sometimes difficult personalities.

Front Foot Strategic Consulting has been awarded accreditation status as a provider of Education and Training in terms of the South African Qualification Authority Act.

All Front Foot workshop presenters are subject-matter experts.
